Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE). Major course work in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Media Relations, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Each year of experience as described below in excess of the required two years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis. 2. Two years full-time, wage-earning planning, research, technical program support, or technical writing experience. 3. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite experience to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software programs preferred. 4. Experience in developing or conducting training programs preferred. 5. Experience in media production, video editing, video production and photography preferred. **The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will be $3,175.93.** The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally applicable to this position.
