Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE). Major course work in Behavioral Science, Health Care Administration, or a related field preferred. Each year of experience as described below in excess of the required one year may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis. 2. One year full-time, wage-earning experience in health services administration, clinical management, case processing, case management, nursing, counseling, or health services education or training to include conducting investigative or clinical assessment. **The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will be $2,849.20.** The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met. 18, 66, 68, 67, 73, HM, 01, 58, 4C, 290X, 46 **A writing exercise which may include spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, letter and/or report composition may be administered as part of the selection process.** **A computer skills test may be administered as part of the selection process.**
